They say he was 'briefed' on his contents, but how much more brief can you get than 18 pages. The Bush Administration should respond. I'm curious what people in this forum think of the letter's contents. I think it strikes a reasonable tone, but could have been more effective if it didn't hint at conspiracy theories. It's also bizarre in our own political context how he refers to Bush as claiming to represent liberal values.
