Isn't this a total violation of the rights of private colleges as affirmed in the famous Dartmouth College v. Woodward case depicted in our college cafeteria? They might as well grant military recruiters the right the come into our homes to try to convince our kids to sign away their lives to the military while they're playing GI Joe.
I would think even TDR would be pissed off by this sort of decision, if they really are honest in their claim to be libertarian.
